What to Expect from Our Unpacking Service
We will unpack the contents of your boxes or reusable bins and place the items on surfaces, tables, or countertop spaces in the designated rooms. While we aim to make your move as smooth as possible, it’s important to note that our unpacking services do not include arranging or organizing items like an interior designer or professional organizer might. If you need professional organizing after unpacking, we recommend our partners at Urban Clarity. They can help arrange your items to create a perfectly settled space after the move, from your kitchen, cabinets, pantry, closets/dressers, kids rooms, library offices and more.
Quality unpacking services
Unpacking Reusable Bins
If we are unpacking reusable bins rented from JP Urban Moving, we will take them back with us at the end of the day. If the bins are from another company, we will stack them neatly out of the way after unpacking.
Unpacking Cardboard Boxes
We will flatten and bundle cardboard boxes after unpacking. You can choose to have these bundles placed in a corner of your space for you to take to the recycling area in your building or home, or we can take them to the recycling area for you if you direct us to its location.
Trash Removal
We are happy to leave trash in your designated trash areas within the building (for apartments, condos, co-ops) or homes. Otherwise, we can take it to a disposal facility for a fee. The cost (based on the volume of trash to dispose of) will be added to your contract on the day of the job.
