Hourly Pricing
Our standard pricing model is based on an hourly rate, which provides flexibility and transparency for our customers. There is a 2-hour minimum for residential jobs and a 3-hour minimum for commercial jobs. Once the minimum has been met, we bill in convenient increments of 15 minutes, ensuring that you only pay for the actual time worked.
All Estimates Generally Include:
- Professional & Experienced Team: Dedicated Foreman and highly trained movers for your job (no contractors ever).
- Truck(s): Well-maintained and equipped GPS vehicles for safe transportation.
- Basic Disassembly/Reassembly: Our team arrives equipped with all the tools and resources to handle your belongings.
- Free use of blankets and dollies: Included for protecting and transporting your furniture during the move.
Materials Cost
When we use materials on your job such as boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, mattress bags, etc. You will be charged only for what we actually use. If you let us know your inventory, we can provide the estimated cost of materials on your quote. Our team comes prepared with the following packing services:
- We bring eco-moving bins, boxes, bubble wrap, and packing supplies with us when we arrive
- Partial Packing (we pack your kitchen, delicates, and fragile items, or designated areas of your home/office)
- Full Packing (we can do all of the packing and labeling for your entire space!)
- We can use your packing supplies if available to a reasonable extent

Looking for a flat, fixed, or more predictable moving cost? We have the perfect solution with our capped estimates. Simply ask one of our Moving Consultants for a cap on your job. By providing us with detailed information about your inventory, special preparations, locations, and access, we can offer you a capped estimate for your move.
Here’s how it works:
- Maximum Cost Assurance: With a capped estimate, you’ll know exactly what your maximum costs will be for your move. This provides peace of mind and helps you plan and budget with greater accuracy.
- No Surprises: If the job takes longer than estimated, you’ll only be charged up to the capped amount. Conversely, if your move is completed in less time than expected, you’ll pay less than the capped amount.
- Budget-Friendly: A capped estimate ensures that you won’t encounter any unexpected surprises when the final bill comes due. It’s a budget-friendly option that allows you to move with confidence and certainty.
CAPS do not apply to peak moving dates (such as holidays, some weekends, the 15th of the month, the end of month to beginning of month).
