This winter, try and get out there and sweat! Working out is a great way to keep yourself physically and mentally healthy throughout the dreary winter months. If you live in Brooklyn, you’re in luck! Outdoor Workouts

Brighton Beach Boardwalk / Swimming in the cold

If you are up for taking the train further into Brooklyn, run or bike down the beach boardwalk. Officially called the Riegelmann Boardwalk, it stretches for 2.7 miles and is a quite scenic experience. Moreover, you can also swim in the Ocean with the Coney Island Polar Bear Club.
