Unpacking Assistance

Expect unpacking services that go beyond just dropping off boxes. We’ll strategically place your boxes/bins in their designated rooms.  If requested, we can unpack the contents inside your boxes/bins and leave them on surface areas for you to organize at your convenience. If you are looking for more assistance with getting your space together,  our partners at Urban Clarity, can provide professional detailed organizing and staging of your belongings. 

Optional Materials Removal: Upon request, we can handle the removal of boxes and materials after the job, ensuring responsible recycling and disposal. Please note that there may be a charge associated with this service; feel free to check with our team in advance for details. 

Furniture Placement

Our team is here to make your life easier. We’ll reassemble your furniture and arrange items according to your preferences, turning your new space into a home. Just guide our team, and we’ll handle the rest, ensuring your home is organized the way you envisioned.

Verification of Inventory

We take inventory seriously. Before we wrap up, we’ll go through the checklist with you to confirm that everything made it to your new home.  This final step helps identify and address any missing or damaged items. If you have electronics like TVs, digital pianos, or delicate items such as artwork or other items with special handling—expect them to be checked and verified for functioning. At the end of the job, you’ll be asked to sign a Job Clearance Form ensuring none of your belongings were inadvertently left behind or damaged. 

Final Paperwork/Documentation

We aim for transparency and want you to feel confident about every aspect of your move. Expect to sign paperwork to close-out the job. Review the final bill and any necessary charges, keeping copies for your records. Please bear in mind that the estimate you booked may vary from the final cost based on the actual services, volume of things to move, materials used, and any changes submitted after your booking. To get an accurate quote and ensure transparency, it’s crucial to provide comprehensive information about your move and inventory when booking, or to keep us updated on any changes before the move day. Our goal is to make your move stress-free, and communication at every stage is a crucial part of that process.

Follow-Up Communication

We care about your experience. Expect a follow-up text from our Dispatcher to ensure everything went smoothly and to address any additional concerns or feedback you may have.

Resolution of Issues

Our commitment to transparency extends to addressing any concerns you may have after the move. If any issues arise during unpacking, notify us immediately. We have procedures in place to address and resolve concerns, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. 

Bill Concerns: If you have any concerns about your bill, just let us know. We are more than happy to schedule a dedicated time to review the contract and charges with you. Damages: If you notice any damages, document them immediately. Take clear photos and make notes of any issues you identify. Do not throw away any damaged items. This documentation will be crucial if you need to file a claim or have things fixed. We will guide you through the claims process and work towards a fair resolution. 

Missing Items: Moving can be an overwhelming experience, and the frustration of trying to locate specific items can add to the stress. In the rare event of missing items, let us know and we will check with your moving crew to determine the item’s last known location as reasonably possible. It’s important to note that 99 percent of the time, missing items are eventually located, often due to being overlooked during the unpacking process.
